We had a wonderful crowd at Bryant Rotary Club this week- it filled my heart with joy to see all of our members back from vacations and settling into the routine again. We also had several visitors (woohoo)!
Announcements:
- Salt Bowl is TONIGHT. Tickets are sold out at the Chamber, but you can still purchase ahead of time at Big Red Stores.
- Over 70 companies are helping out the Saline County Library in Library Card Sign-Up Month during the month of September. You want to check out all of the wonderful freebies and discounts on their FB page and website!
- September 28th is Fall Fest- Please respond to this email with your shirt size if you would like a "Rotarian at Work" shirt.
- October 5th is Oktoberfest at Friends in Christ Lutheran Church. The Mayor is having his monthly Coffee with the Mayor that morning at the event as well. The entry fee is a piece of clothing to the Kids Closet. Please mark this on your calendars to volunteer at this year! :)
- We were given an extra $600 from the golf tournament which made the grand total donation of $5600! YAY! There will be a check presentation in a few weeks
